The Process

Calgarians are busy people, which is why you want a service that is as simple and as fast as possible. Below, you’ll find our easy and convenient 3 step process and some tips for making your waste disposal a success. Let us know if there’s anything we can do to make your experience better!

Step One:

You choose a bin size and drop-off date, then contact Economy Waste. Give us your address and any special instructions (do you want the bin left on your driveway, the street, somewhere else?). Simply pay over the phone.

Step Two:

We’ll drop off your empty bin at your chosen location.

Step Three:

When you’ve filled your bin with trash and you’re ready to have it taken away, simply give us a call and schedule a pick up. At this time, you can let us know if you need a new empty bin or whether your project has been successfully finished! It’s so simple a rhino could do it!

Before you book your drop-date, there are a few things you should know to make everything go smoothly. First, Economy Waste has two different bin sizes. The first is 15 cubic yards, and it is 5.5 feet high, 6 feet wide, and 12 feet long. This bin is a great size for all the drywall, old countertops, and more that comes with renovating a large kitchen. If you’re demolishing an old garden shed or doing any normal house renovations, the 15 cubic yard bin should work perfectly. However, for huge projects, like a full tear out, you can also get our 25 cubic yard bins, which are 6 feet high, 8 feet wide, and 16 feet long. In general, the 15s should meet your needs, but if you aren’t sure, give us a call. With a few details about your project, we’ll be able to tell you whether or not you want the big Kahuna.

If unforeseen circumstances occur, you may be able to have your bin delivered or picked up with a half day, but in general, you’ll want to call or book online 1-2 days ahead of your prefered pickup or dropoff date. Reserve your blue bin drop off date now, or read about our services to learn more!
